Mary knows that Arkansas has the 6th highest income tax in the nation along with nearly stagnant job growth since 2004. She believes that if Arkansas wants to attract jobs, it must have a business friendly environment. This is why it is imperative to reform Arkansas tax code.

"As your state representative, I will fight to ensure that Arkansas can compete with our surrounding states to bring in job-creating businesses. Arkansas is full of natural resources, and one of our greatest is the young people we are graduating each year. We must do all we can to attract business to this state so that future generations will not have to leave Arkansas to get a decent salary."
